FAQ

How do I request a price?

Add the models you want to the quote cart and send the request with your contact details. We will contact you to clarify the configuration and availability, then send a commercial quote with the price.

In which currency are prices shown and is VAT included?

Prices are stated in Moldovan lei (MDL) and include VAT. If a product has no price listed, we will provide it on request, taking into account the configuration you need.

How does the quote cart work?

The quote cart is not a shopping cart: nothing is paid online. Add the models you are interested in, then send the request. Sending it does not oblige you to buy.

Can a legal entity get an invoice?

Yes, legal entities can request an invoice for payment by bank transfer. Payment terms are confirmed in the commercial quote.

How do delivery and payment work?

Delivery is free throughout Moldova. You can pay in cash on receipt – you receive a fiscal receipt and a warranty card –, by bank transfer with an e-Factura electronic tax invoice, or in 0% installments via Iute or Easy Credit. If the product is out of stock, the lead time for orders is 2–4 weeks. See the Delivery and payment page for details.

How do the GNSS receiver series differ?

The series differ in extra functions. Compact models (M2Pro, M3, M3Plus) are light and have an IMU. Universal rovers (M5Plus, M6Plus, M10, M7, M20Lite) cover everyday work. Visual models (M20, M30) have cameras for AR, laser models (M20L, M25, ML2, Warrior) measure points without a pole, and the M20LV and M27LV add photogrammetry. See the GNSS section of the catalog or ask for a recommendation.

Do I need a base station for RTK?

RTK needs differential corrections. They can come from your own base (for example MBase or SuperBase) or from a network of permanent stations over mobile internet (NTRIP). If you work in an area with mobile coverage and access to a correction network, your own base is not required. A base is useful where there is no internet or when you want independence.

What is IMU tilt compensation?

An IMU is a module of inertial sensors in the receiver. With it, the receiver calculates the position of the point at the pole tip even if the pole is not vertical, without precise leveling. The manufacturer states calibration-free operation for many models. Accuracy depends on the model and the angle; values are on each product page.

What is a laser GNSS receiver?

It is a GNSS rover with a laser rangefinder that measures a point at a distance without placing the pole on it. It is used for building corners, fences, dangerous or blocked places. Laser models in the catalog: M20L, M25, ML2, Warrior, plus the M20LV and M27LV with photogrammetry.

In which languages do you advise?

We advise in Romanian, Russian and English. The site is available in the same three languages.

What warranty does the equipment have?

The manufacturer's warranty is 24 months on the main unit of the GNSS receiver and 3 months on other accessories. If the receiver develops a hardware fault in the first 2 months, the manufacturer replaces the device and pays for delivery. The service center is located in Chișinău. See the Warranty and service page for details.

Can I use the receivers with the MOLDPOS correction network?

MOLDPOS is an existing correction network in Moldova, available by subscription. Receivers with a 4G module can receive NTRIP corrections over mobile internet. Compatibility of a specific model and subscription terms should be confirmed with the network operator; we can help clarify this when you choose a model.
